This is the third time I have used them in 2 years time. They are always on time, considerate with the material being hauled, and reasonable in their rates. This was the second time that Brandon has hauled items for me and he is the best. Antonio who was with him was a delight. These young men are an asset to the company. I will use them again when I downsize further.

Very professional, was able to make appointment right away. They gave a initial base price, advising they would give a complete price after seeing everything I had to move, which I could agree to, and they would complete the job right away, or not agree to the price and they would leave. They started right away and were able to take out what I had in no time. Very nice people, took great care wore masks and shoe covers.

I made an online request to remove (a lot) of stuff that we'd sorted in our basement. Tracy, TJ and Nash were amazing to work with. Tracy was so quick to respond to my request and we worked out a time for them to come pick up our many items within a 24 hour period of time. TJ and Nash called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and that they were available to come earlier or could wait until my previously arranged time. We ended up having them come early. I can't say enough about how polite, friendly and respectful TJ and Nash were. They began with introducing themselves, reviewed all that we anticipated being taken and gave an estimate of cost before they began. It was raining the morning they came and they were prepared to wear covers over their shoes while in our house (which meant taking the covers off at the front door to walk out to their truck)--we told them they didn't have to do that as it seemed like such a hassle to have to take those covers off of their shoes each time to exit our house and they really wanted to make sure they weren't making a mess in our house. As they hauled everything out, they remained upbeat and social with my husband and I as they worked. They not only were able to take more than we anticipated but were so professional and kind the entire time they were at our house. I just got a thank you note from TJ this week, thanking us for choosing Junkluggers! To know most of what they took away is not ending up in a land fill was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend Junkluggers!
