The guys called and we're running a little early which worked for us. When they arrived they were very friendly and professional. They did the work quietly and efficiently and made sure they had everything. Even the way they worked together to pack everything in their truck was so smooth. It seemed they really like their job which you don't always find in this kind of service. We will definitely recommend your company to others.

I made an online request to remove (a lot) of stuff that we'd sorted in our basement. Tracy, TJ and Nash were amazing to work with. Tracy was so quick to respond to my request and we worked out a time for them to come pick up our many items within a 24 hour period of time. TJ and Nash called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and that they were available to come earlier or could wait until my previously arranged time. We ended up having them come early. I can't say enough about how polite, friendly and respectful TJ and Nash were. They began with introducing themselves, reviewed all that we anticipated being taken and gave an estimate of cost before they began. It was raining the morning they came and they were prepared to wear covers over their shoes while in our house (which meant taking the covers off at the front door to walk out to their truck)--we told them they didn't have to do that as it seemed like such a hassle to have to take those covers off of their shoes each time to exit our house and they really wanted to make sure they weren't making a mess in our house. As they hauled everything out, they remained upbeat and social with my husband and I as they worked. They not only were able to take more than we anticipated but were so professional and kind the entire time they were at our house. I just got a thank you note from TJ this week, thanking us for choosing Junkluggers! To know most of what they took away is not ending up in a land fill was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend Junkluggers!

The prompt response was phenomenal. I inquired about the service based on a Facebook ad that popped up and your people were able to come the next day. In my case, having procrastinated during 2 months of stay-at-home orders, I was in a bind and needing to move out of state in three days. The Junkluggers came to my rescue and relieved a lot of self-imposed stress. Brandon and TJ were very courteous, worked efficiently and steadily. They represented the company well and I hope their efforts are appreciated, recognized and properly rewarded.
