All team members were very nice and respectful. No pressure. Cost estimate was fair - did not over estimate as did 1-800-Got Junk. 1-800-Got Junk over estimated the amount of truck space we had and they tried to pressure us into giving them the ob on the spot. Junkluggers gave us the estimate and did not pressure us.
